We add expertise through the entitlement process while delivering site upgrades and active end users.
We operate as a 3rd party solution in the marketing, management and lease up generating revenue for investors.
PROJECTS
We have participated in a variety of projects including major data center acquisitions, brownfield acquisitions, fiber network builds, battery storage development and geothermal sites.
We are actively working with major investment groups to identify and acquire existing heavy power sites while also developing sites for self generation utilizing, renewables, natural gas and enhanced geothermal.
CLIENTS
We generally work with a variety of clients/customers looking to deploy capital or require assistance in how best to manage their digital assets.
Our acquisition funding capacity currently ranges from $10 million to over $100 million subject to short and/or long term hold positions.
We will partner when appropriate dependent on the nature of the deal and expertise required. We will not pay a premium and prefer to work on complex transactions with high barriers to entry.
